Chicago Public Schools Will Help Aspira Students Move

Chicago charter network ASPIRA has struggled to make payroll at its two high schools and pay vendors for months. Now, officials at Chicago Public Schools, which oversees the network and other charters in the city, says the district will start helping families move to other schools.
